Padma Bridge – Janjira & Mawa Approach Roads Construction Supervision

Construction Supervision Consulting Services for (i) Janjira Approach Road and Bridge End Facilities, (ii) Mawa Approach Road and Bridge End Facilities, and (iii) Service Area-2 at Janjira end of the Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project. Approximately 13.6 km of approach roads including toll plazas, service areas and offices. Funded by GOB.
AUW 4-Lane Link Road, Chittagong – Construction Supervision (CDA)

Design Review and 24-month Construction Supervision of 4-Lane Link Road from Dhaka Trunk Road to Baizid Bostami Road including Loop Road at outer periphery of AUW (Asian University for Women), Chittagong. Bridges: 425.55m PSC, 40m PSC, 5 x 30m PSC, 24m RCC. Funded by GOB.
Dhaka–Sylhet Road IDA-Financed Rehabilitation
IDA-financed Rehabilitation of Dhaka-Sylhet Road covering 301 structures including 37 PC Girder Bridges, 347 Box Culverts and 2 Railway Overpasses across 6 contracts in two phases. Services include design review, tender evaluation, resettlement monitoring, supervision and technology transfer. Total project cost: approximately $170.86 million. Funded by IDA.
Jabul Saraj–Nijrab Road Design Review and Supervision – Afghanistan (ADB)

Design Review and Supervision Consultancy for Jabul Saraj-Nijrab Road (MPW/869/ABD/QCBS). 50 km road with PSC bridges 40–50m each. Services include design approval, quality certification, FIDIC contract administration, tolling facility supervision and benefit monitoring. Funded by ADB.
Fayzabad–Eshkashim (Beharak) Road Design Review and Supervision – Afghanistan (ADB)
Design Review and Supervision for Fayzabad-Eshkashim (Fayzabad-Beharak) Road (MPW/870/ABD/QCBS). 43 km road with PSC bridges 40–50m each. Services include design approval, quality certification, FIDIC contract administration and benefit monitoring. Funded by ADB.
3rd Shitalakhya Bridge (1,234.5m Box Girder) – Design Review and Supervision (SFD)
Design Review, Tender Documentation and Construction Supervision for the 3rd Shitalakhya Bridge (1,234.5m Box Girder) at Bandar Upazilla, Narayanganj, and 72 km Road. Services include project initiation, land acquisition assistance, tender document preparation by design-build method (ICT), design review, construction supervision under FIDIC, quality control, payment verification, O&M and technology transfer. Funded by Saudi Fund for Development (SFD).
Moghbazar–Mouchak Combined Flyover (8 km) – Dhaka Construction Supervision (KFAED)

Construction of Flyover Bridges in Dhaka – Moghbazar–Mouchak (Combined) Flyover Project. Length: 8 km (8,000m). Services include site survey, sub-soil investigation, review of architectural drawings, review of structural design and working drawings, preparation of cost estimate, specification, bid document and full-time supervision, quality control and management of construction works. Funded by Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED).
Mohakhali Flyover and Jatrabari Flyover Design and Supervision – Dhaka (DUTP/World Bank)

Dhaka Urban Transport Project (DUTP): Design review and construction supervision of Mohakhali Flyover (1,011.797m, 4-Lane PC Box Girder); feasibility study of Jatrabari Flyover (1,810m); construction supervision of 3 interdistrict bus terminals and 12 foot over bridges; maintenance and beautification of Dhaka City Corporation roads. Funded by World Bank.
