IDA-financed Rehabilitation of Dhaka-Sylhet Road covering 301 structures including 37 PC Girder Bridges, 347 Box Culverts and 2 Railway Overpasses across 6 contracts in two phases. Services include design review, tender evaluation, resettlement monitoring, supervision and technology transfer. Total project cost: approximately $170.86 million. Funded by IDA.

Detailed Design and Construction Supervision of Sylhet-Tamabil-Jaflong Road Improvement – Sylhet Town Bypass with Link to Sylhet-Fenchuganj Road. Phase I: Survey, soil investigation, materials investigation, land acquisition plans, engineering design. Phase II: Full-time construction supervision with quality and cost control. Funded by Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED).

4 Flyovers at Railway Crossings – Rajshahi City Design and Supervision (RCC)

Prepare Detail Design, Drawing and Construction Supervision for 4 Flyovers at different Railway Crossings under Integrated Urban Infrastructure Development in Rajshahi City (Package SW-02, Lot-B). Flyovers: (a) 400m at Horogram Notunpara, (b) 521m at Rajshahi Court Station, (c) 897m at Shahid A.H.M Kamaruzzaman Chottor, (d) 520m at Vodra Railway Crossing. Phase 1: Design (6 months); Phase 2: Construction Supervision (36 months). Funded by GOB.
