AUW 4-Lane Link Road, Chittagong – Detailed Design (CDA)
Detailed Engineering Design of 4-Lane Link Road from Dhaka Trunk Road to Baizid Bostami Road including Loop Road along AUW, Chittagong. Bridges: 2x42m PSC, 12m RCC, 22m RCC, 20m RCC. Services include traffic survey and forecast, topographic survey, soil investigation, detailed design, BOQ and tender documents. Funded by GOB.
Madani Avenue to Dhaka–Sylhet Highway Feasibility Study (RAJUK)
Feasibility Study including Digital Survey, IEE and EIA for Construction of Road, Bridge and Culvert from Madani Avenue-Barabaraid to Dhaka-Sylhet Highway near Bhulta via Navagram (Major Road 5A, 5B and widening of Major Road 5). Roads: 3.89 km, 5.21 km and 6.15 km (six and eight lanes with service lane). Four underpasses, bridges of 200m and 1,340m. Funded by GOB.
Purbachal Link Road – Debogram to Progoti Sharani Supervision (RAJUK)
Construction supervision of Purbachal Link Road (Debogram-Progoti Sharani Connecting Road). Services include quality control, monthly and quarterly progress reports, field surveys and revised design preparation. Funded by GOB.
Madani Avenue Road – Progoti Sarani to Balu River Design and Supervision
Design, Supervision and Monitoring of Madani Avenue Road Project (Progoti Sarani Intersection to Balu River). Phase I: Detailed planning, engineering design, traffic survey and forecast, topographic survey, soil investigation and tender documents. Phase II: 15-month construction supervision and quality control. Funded by GOB.
Sylhet–Tamabil–Jaflong Road (N2) Rehabilitation – Design and Supervision (1998)
Detailed Design and Construction Supervision for upgrading and rehabilitation of 61 km National Highway (N2) between Sylhet and Jaflong via Tamabil. Rigid pavement in Sylhet town, flexible pavement for the rest, and 62 drainage structures. Full construction supervision and monitoring. Funded by GOB.
Dhaka–Sylhet Road IDA-Financed Rehabilitation
IDA-financed Rehabilitation of Dhaka-Sylhet Road covering 301 structures including 37 PC Girder Bridges, 347 Box Culverts and 2 Railway Overpasses across 6 contracts in two phases. Services include design review, tender evaluation, resettlement monitoring, supervision and technology transfer. Total project cost: approximately $170.86 million. Funded by IDA.
Andkoy–Aquina Road DED and Supervision – Afghanistan (IDB)
Detailed Engineering Design, Project Management and Supervision for Construction of Andkoy-Aquina Road. Phase I: Survey, investigation, detailed design and tender documents. Phase II: Full-time supervision with quality and cost control. PSC Bridges of 40 to 50m each. Funded by Islamic Development Bank (IDB).
Doshi–Pol E Khomri Road Rehabilitation – Afghanistan (IDB)
DED, Project Management and Supervision for Rehabilitation of Doshi-Pol E Khomri Road. 55 km: 15 km 4-lane and 40 km 2-lane, with 6 prestressed girder bridges and 55 RCC box culverts. Phase I: Design; Phase II: Full-time supervision. Funded by IDB.
Jabul Saraj–Nijrab Road Design Review and Supervision – Afghanistan (ADB)
Design Review and Supervision Consultancy for Jabul Saraj-Nijrab Road (MPW/869/ABD/QCBS). 50 km road with PSC bridges 40–50m each. Services include design approval, quality certification, FIDIC contract administration, tolling facility supervision and benefit monitoring. Funded by ADB.
