Funded by Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED). Phase I: Detailed design including survey, soil investigation, materials investigation, land acquisition plans, engineering drawings. Phase II: Full time construction supervision with quality and cost control.

Feasibility Study and Detailed Design of Nabinagar – Shibpur – Radhika Road (21 km approx. of the R203 road) and Bridges & Culverts under Brahmanbaria Road Division. Length: 21 km, Width: 7.30m with 11 bridges (15–35m) and 22 culverts. Funded by Government of Bangladesh (GOB). Services include feasibility study, traffic survey, geotechnical investigation, EIA, resettlement plan, land acquisition, economic analysis and detailed engineering design.
